Prepare the coffee ice cubes using an ice cube tray.
It is important not to add sugar to the coffee, otherwise it will not freeze.
Fill a 300ml glass (10fl oz) with the coffee ice cubes and add 250ml (8.5fl oz) of milk.
Prepare the coffee and, once ready, mix in the vanilla syrup.
Then pour over the milk and ice.
And voilà: vanilla iced latte!
Serve the vanilla iced latte with a straw.
