Albert Raurich started out as a chef after working for 10 years at Ferran Adrià’s El Bulli, where for a long time he was the Jefe de cocina together with Oriol Castro.
After working with Adrià, he opened Dos Palillos, together with the Camper Group, in Barcelona's historic Raval district.
