The chefs who have chosen Lavazza for their restaurants

Born in 1972, after completing his training hotel and catering school, he began working in his family's confectionery shop. In 2000 he became Chef de Cuisine at Turin's Ristorante AB+, after spending some time working in Germany and various stints at leading Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy and Spain, including Ferran Adrià’s El Bulli.
In 2009 he arrived at Castello, which won its first Michelin star under his guidance. In 2010, he appeared on Italy's answer to Ready Steady Cook, La prova del cuoco.
