The chefs who have chosen Lavazza for their restaurants

Born in Turin in 1968, at the early age of 13 Alfredo Russo found out his passion for cuisine. His career started at a hotel-management school, followed by experiences in three Piedmontese Michelin-starred restaurants. At the end of the 1990’s, he started his adventure on his own: he opened the Dolce Stil Novo in Cirié (Turin), and was awarded with the Michelin star after only three years. In 2004, he qualified as the best young chef according to the Italian magazine L'Espresso Guide and he has been awarded several prizes and awards at national and international level over the years.
