The chefs who have chosen Lavazza for their restaurants

Born in Vicenza in 1965, Carlo Cracco attended the hotel and catering school in Recoaro Terme.
In 1986, he began his professional career working with Gualtiero Marchesi in Milan, in the first Italian restaurant awarded with three Michelin stars.
For the next three years he lived in France, where he worked with Alain Ducasse (Hotel Paris) and Lucas Carton (Paris, Senderens).
Cracco finally returned to Italy and he was appointed Chef at the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. Under his guidance the restaurant was awarded with three Michelin stars. Gualtiero Marchesi called him back for opening his restaurant in L’Albereta Erbusco (Brescia), where Cracco worked as chef for the next three years.
In 2011 he became one of the faces on MasterChef Italia, the well-known television reality show for aspiring chefs, together with Joe Bastianich and Bruno Barbieri.
In collaboration with Lavazza, Carlo Cracco invented Coffee Lens.
