L’Osteria Francescana not only has two Michelin stars, but in 2010 it was also the only restaurant in Italy to be ranked among the top ten in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Here, cooking is art in its purest form, to be savoured and understood with all five senses. You need to be well-prepared for a dining experience at this restaurant, in order to follow the rigorous preparation of dishes which are always the result of gastronomic inspiration. Each dish is created from traditional ingredients, and transformed into a masterpiece through sublime gestures and sophisticated techniques such as drying, vacuum-sealing and distilling.
