The historical buildings
Nuvola enhances the industrial heritage of the city of Turin. The current site of the Lavazza Corporate Management Centre was previously home to high-profile Italian companies, including Società Elettrica Alta Italia, Sip and Enel. Lavazza worked with the city to refurbish and reclassify the buildings which had elements of historical-architectural interest.
IAAD – Institute of Applied Art and Design
The reclassification was both material and cultural: the new IAAD HQ has 2,600 sqm available for educational activities, exhibitions and conferences.
